HEDC coordinates a mentoring programme for female academic staff. The programme operates as part of the Women’s Professional Development Programme, and aims to provide a framework within which senior academic staff can help less experienced academics with career planning, developing and maintaining a research profile, enhancing teaching and establishing networks within the university. About 100 members of the academic staff are currently involved in the programme.
For more information, or if you wish to join the programme, please fill out the appropriate form (Mentee CV form or Mentor CV form, available on the right) and send it to HEDC reception.
If you are general staff and would like to take part in women’s mentoring, a separate programme is coordinated by Human Resources. Please contact Suzy Keene.
