Otago’s MB ChB programme is constantly reviewed to ensure it keeps up with national health care needs and research-informed educational approaches as part of ongoing continuous quality assurance and improvement.

Masterplan for the Otago Medical Course of the Future
This has now been finalised by FCC and endorsed by the Faculty Executive. The Masterplan aims to set the vision and direction for the medical course, providing a guide for those involved in designing, improving and delivering the course and should be referred to when considering changes.

Development of the Early Learning Programme in Medicine (years2/3).The modified ELM programme was introduced for the 2008 - 2013 MB ChB class.

The Curriculum Map. An important concept attempting to link learning throughout the MB ChB.
