These workshops are interactive, informal sessions designed to help you discover new techniques and skills to support your study. If you are a Christchurch postgraduate student, you will be emailed the details of all Christchurch workshops at the start of each semester. A reminder will be sent a few days before each workshop.

|About Workshop||This workshop will help you make the most of your time, enabling you to stay focused and motivated, and to achieve to the best or your ability. The workshop covers general principles of effective time management for your university studies: how to prioritise your workload, practical time management strategies, and identifying and overcoming obstructions to good time management.
On completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
1. Apply general principles of effective time management
2. Adopt time management strategies and tools
3. Recognise and overcome barriers to good time management
